If you haven't found a suicide prevention resource you can use here, please type "suicide" into Google. The search engine provides help based on your location at the top of the search results. Do not give up. There is help.

Centre for Clinical Interventions Worksheets and More: http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/ (This is great if you have the motivation to print out workbooks and other resources to work on at home. Clinicians often use this organization's material in groups, therapy sessions, etc.)

Psych Central: http://psychcentral.com/ (I've seen some good stuff here, but can't vouch for the site overall, so be sure to vet everything you read.)
